MicroPact Awarded $12.9 Million Contract with U.S. Navy
Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Selects entellitrak® to Power Naval Justice Information System (NJIS)
MicroPact, Inc., the global leader in Data-First™ Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) software, has been awarded a contract to provide the U.S. Navy with a Naval Justice Information System (NJIS) – an enterprise system supporting the entire life cycle of criminal and military justice cases in the Navy and Marine Corps – for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).
The contract is valued at $12.9 million, including software licenses, maintenance and professional services over the course of the contract.
The enterprise solution, which will support as many as 5,000 concurrent users, will provide law enforcement investigative case management, workflow tracking, and incident reporting services to NCIS. The case management software system will consolidate the functionality of multiple law enforcement, judicial and corrections systems within the Navy and Marines including the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General's Corp. (JAG). As a web-based COTS platform with built-in investigative and law enforcement features, entellitrak can be quickly deployed via software configuration rather than custom coding.
