GammaTect™ Sensors and DM3™ Platform To Be Established In Several Locations Across Facility

Defentect Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DFTC), a developer and provider of immediate intelligent messaging software solutions, announced today the completion of the first of several installations at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. GammaTect™ sensors were installed in conjunction with Defentect's proprietary DM3™ technology and the system is now fully functional.  Sold by Exigent Security Products of N. Barrington, IL, the installation marks the Company's entry in the government facilities market, one that potentially has the greatest need for the most effective detection and response system available.

The facility is one of the many high-level medical sites in the country which houses radiological materials for use in patient treatments. Due to the ever-increasing threat of terrorist activities it is more important than ever to know immediately if a facility is being entered by someone who is carrying or has been exposed to radioactive material as well as to protect proper medical materials from improper removal.  Several other locations across the campus are expected to be equipped with the solution in coming months as the program progresses.

"We are honored to have been chosen to provide this important security measure to our US Military," commented James Ackerly, CEO of Defentect Group, Inc. "With the threat of a radiological and other attacks growing on a daily basis, sensor technologies are constantly evolving and upgrading. Our DM3™ technology is sensor-agnostic and is the only response system that is compatible with any sensor available on the market.  This makes our platform the clear choice for government agencies such as our military."
