SRA Wins $96 Million Contract to Upgrade and Improve U.S. Navy Integrated Pay and Personnel System 

SRA International, Inc., a leading provider of IT solutions and professional services to government organizations, today announced that the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), Sea Warrior Program (PMW 240) has awarded the company a $96 million cost-plus-fixed-fee, single award IDIQ contract along with initial task orders, to provide  development, modernization, sustainment and upgrades of personnel systems.

SRA will upgrade and modernize the existing Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), while integrating legacy systems in support of the enterprise Navy Integrated Pay and Personnel System (IPPS-N) strategy to reduce both complexity and the overall cost of systems supporting Navy personnel and pay. The work will be performed primarily in New Orleans, Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by June 2019.
